1) Operation & Maintenance for WHRSG and Operation of unloading, handling & forwarding
of Naphtha Handling Systems for 50MW CCPP & Associated Systems.

Operation & Maintenance of Waste Heat Recovery Steam Generator’s [26.5 kg/sq.cm,
13.99 TPH]
Heating Surface area: - 4761.0 m2. Working Pressure: - 8.8 Bar.[g] Operation of
Naphtha Handling System for Gas Turbine [34 MW] & HRSG [79.6 kg/sq.cm, 62 TPH].
The main activity is to operate and maintain the system as per instructions from
engineer in charge from M/s. Larsen & Toubro Ltd.( Gujarat Cement works} (Ultra-tech
cement Ltd., Aditya Birla Group)
Taking for maintaining records, related to pre commissioning and commissioning activities
as instructed by L & T.
To unload the Naphtha tankers arriving from IOCL or any other oil company To look
after normal shift operation for unloading/handling, forwarding and storage of Naphtha
in tanks, and maintenance of Pumps. Filter/strainer cleaning, lube oil topping and
Other similar day to day jobs.

1) Operation & Maintenance Of River water Pump House And Associated system
|
Operation of vertical turbine pumps, pump discharge valves, sump inlets, sluice
gates, dewatering pumps, & isolating valves on pump discharge line.
Operation of 11KV switchyard equipment & 11KV/ 415 V, 630 KVA Transformer.
Operation of Plant switchgear.
Operation, routine maintenance, taking reading & recording of results of catholic
protection system provided for pipelines. Maintenance of all the electrical appliance
like refrigerator, water cooler, air conditioners, air coolers, room heaters, emergency
lights etc. is covered under the scope of this Contracts.

2) Operation & Maintenance of Pre-Treatment Plant, Demineralization Plant, Circulating
Cooling Water System & Fuel Systems.
|
The Pre-treatment plant consists of raw water Pump house, Clarifier, Alum & chlorine
dosing systems & Sludge handling system. Under the above area is also included Clarified
water pump house which has Service water pumps, Fire water pumps, DM plant supply
pumps, & Switchgear.
Demineralization plant includes the DM streams & compressor system, Control room,
Switchgear & Transformers, Degasser system, Regeneration system, Effluent disposal
system DM water storage tanks & pumps, Circulating water system consists of Cooling
Tower, circulating water pump house, Chemical dosing system including Chlorine dosing
and switchgear, All pipelines, Valves, Electrical Equipments in the above systems.
The fuel systems consists of Fuel unloading system, Fuel storage system, Fuel treatment
system, Fuel forwarding systems, gas Skid (including gas heater), Fuel sampling
Effluent treatment system & local control Room, All connected pipelines, valves,
pumps, tanks, electrical equipment & instruments in the above systems.

3) Operation & Maintenance of Grid Control Room & Associated systems.
|
Taking hourly energy import & export reading & maintains records and the import
/ export data.
Monitoring of 400kv / 220kv electrical system alarms, defects, and reports the same
to the plant central control room House keeping of the GCR building.
Record relay status and PLCC protection communication data and report the same to
plant central control room.
Operate and maintain GCR HV AC system.

distribution, 220 KV Switchyard equipment consisting of 220 KV circuit Breakers,
isolators etc.
156.1 MW Power Plant consists of 02 Alstom Gas Turbines (GT8C2) each of 52 MW and
01 no. Alstom Steam Turbine of 52 MW Operated on Natural Gas with Fuel option of
HSD.
